Ingredients
- 1 Cup plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ Fresh blueberries
- Mixed berry granola
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix yoghurt with vanilla extract.
2 Start layering 2-3 tbsp granola in each cup. Add 2-3 tbsp vanilla yoghurt then on top. Repeat with another layer fresh granola and vanilla yoghurt. Top with fresh or cooked down blueberries and serve.
