Ingredients:
- 1 liter cranberry juice
- 500ml sparkling water or ginger ale
- 250ml orange juice
- 100ml lemon juice
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and sparkling water or ginger ale.
- Add the sliced oranges and lemons to the mixture.
- Add ice cubes to chill the punch.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries.

Spiced South African Rooibos punch:
Ingredients:
- 1 liter brewed and chilled Rooibos tea
- 500ml apple juice

Instructions:
