Day 3: ARMS
Our aim is to inspire a mid-year reset, where we remember our dedication to ourselves and our bodies. Moving our bodies is not just important to our physical health, but our mental health too! In a year that is speeding by quicker than we imagined, and yet is still restricted by the state of our world, there’s no better time than now to come back to oursleves.
If you’re searching for dedication and a reason to get back at it, here it is! We’ll all be in it together as Elena guides us through 5 days of no-equipment, quick, functional fitness routines and shares her tips and tricks.
The workouts incorporate functional fitness with high intensity interval training to ensure all levels and ages can get involved.
These are home-friendly workouts so just bring a little pep and keep water handy, though a mat or exercise towel is handy.

– Each morning we will upload a new workout (nothing over 20min long!) video on the Woman & Home website.
