From 90’s boy band, Backstreet Boys, gracing the South African stage to the thundering roars of Imagine Dragons or R&B melodies of Tamia setting SA ablaze, SA’s concert scene is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. In fact, we’re just getting started…
International artists coming to SA in 2023
We’ve been spoiled rotten with international talent visiting SA this year, but we’ve only seen the start of it! Here are other live concerts you can look forward to in 2023:
Boyz II Men SA Tour
Best known for their emotional, R&B ballads and harmonies, Boyz II Men is a trio of baritone Nathan Morris alongside tenors Wanyá Morris and Shawn Stockman. During the 1990s, Boyz II Men were a quartet until bass singer Michael McCary left the group in 2003 due to health issues.
You may know their hit classics – End Of The Road, On Bended Knee and I’ll Make Love To You.
Catch Boyz II Men on the following dates:
- 31 October at Grand West Arena in Cape Town.
- 2 November at SunBet Arena in Pretoria.
- 4 November at Sun City Super Bowl in Johannesburg.
- 5 November at Durban ICC Hall in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Westlife, The Wild Dreams Tour
Westlife is an Irish pop group formed in Dublin, Ireland in the late 90s.
Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Kian Egan, and Nicky Byrne make up the boy band that brought us hit songs like World Of Our Own, I Lay My Life On You, and Uptown Girl. Brian McFadden was also a member before leaving in 2004.
The group disbanded in 2012 after 14 years, and later reunited in 2018. Now they’re heading to SA!
Westlife will be serenading SA on the following dates:
- 1 & 2 November at Grand West Arena in Cape Town.
- 3 & 4 November at SunBet Arena in Pretoria.

Bryan Adams’ So Happy It Hurts South African Tour
Bryan Guy Adams is a Canadian singer, guitarist, songwriter, record producer, and photographer and is cited as one of the best-selling music artists of all time!
Adams has graced stages across the world, putting on electric international shows in the USA, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and now in South Africa.
His greatest hits include I Do It For You, Summer Of 69 and Please Forgive Me.
