This week, we’ll be able to tune into the podcast Julie’s Library: Story Time with Julie Andrews and listen to a new book.
They’ll be read by her daughter, Emma Walton Hamilton. Emma is an actress, producer and writer in her own right.
With more people choosing to enjoy books as a result of lockdown, this has arrived at a wonderful time to help us unwind.

Julie Andrews said, “As a child, I read anything and everything I could get my hands on. There was no greater joy for me than to curl up with a good read.
“Books transported me away from the World War II Blitz and into the realm of my imagination and other worlds and ideas.”

Julie and Emma have co-authored over 30 books aimed at children and young adults. They’ve taken their passion for storytelling and turned it into a podcast to help people switch off.
