Everyone’s favourite cocktail in dessert form – what’s not to love?

Ingredients
- 600 ml freshly brewed hot black coffee
- 75 g caster sugar
- 50 ml coffee liqueur such as Kahlúa or Tia Maria
- 25 ml vodka
- Roasted coffee beans, to decorate
- You will need also need an ice-cream machine
Instructions
1 Stir together the hot black coffee and caster sugar, then set aside to allow the coffee to cool.
2 Mix in the coffee liqueur and vodka. 3 Churn in an ice-cream machine for 40 min until thick. Transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze for 3 hours or until ready to serve.
3 To serve, break up any larger crystals with a strong fork and spoon into cocktail glasses.
