Living room yoga
Living room yoga was the only thing keeping me sane during those trying times. There are tons of YouTubers and channels dedicated to yoga practices, regardless of your level of fitness, or body type.
The are multiple types of yoga practices you can choose from. Yoga is more than just a full-body workout, it is a great way to clear your mind and will be beneficial for your mental health.
Kundalini yoga focuses on energy that lies within the body, usually at the navel or the base of the spine or hot yoga, which requires a hot or humid environment in order to increase sweating while engaging in yoga poses.
You can also choose yoga practices that focus on specific areas of the body if you feel like you want to build strength in a particular area.
