Try some colour

Invest in your health
Quality over quantity. Invest in good and proper activewear, especially a gym bra. Not only will it provide good support but you won’t need to worry about the girls bouncing around everywhere while trying to get a good workout in. This can also be very flattering to your body shape.
Find the balance
Balancing your proportion will assist you to feel confident. If you choose to wear something with a looser fit, try to keep it fitted in your shorts or leggings. High-waisted leggings are particularly good for tummy control.
