Meditation apps for the mind
Headspace is amazing for beginners and will teach you the basics of meditation with guided sessions for all kinds of scenarios. It also has some great sleep stories, mindful workouts and focus music.
Chopra App is Deepak Chopra’s meditation app. It’s great for anyone who wants music, sound and mantra.

Movement apps for the body
The Gym Romance classes on Zoom. Lexi loves Lauren-Kate’s classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 am. They’re just 30 minutes and really get you working up a sweat.
The be.come Project. Bethany Meyers’ workouts from The be.come Project are loved by Lexi – it’s a bit of Pilates, dancing and HIIT in 28 minutes to a great soundtrack.
The Nike Run Club App – which is free! We have used the guided runs with Coach Bennett to up our running game, and we’re running further than ever before!
