Planning each outfit as you pack will make getting ready each morning quicker and easier than ever before, meaning that you’ll have more time to enjoy your holiday!
3. Pack in order of wear
If possible, pack your bag according to your itinerary. For example, if you’re you’re arriving at your destination during the night it’s likely that you’ll take a quick shower and get straight into bed. So, pack your PJs at the top of your suitcase for easy access. Chances are, you won’t fully unpack everything as soon as you arrive after a long drive or flight.
4. Store heavy items at the bottom of your bag
Pack heavy items like shoes and books at the base (or wheel-end) of your bag. This helps your bag stay upright and prevents any other items (think toiletries) from getting squashed.
5. Organise your liquids
You know the drill – all liquid, gel and aerosol products you want to take with you in your hand luggage need to be packed into a resealable, transparent bag. According to airport regulations, you are able to take several containers but the contents of each can not be more than 100ml, they must all fit into one bag and collectively they can not exceed a capacity of 1L.
