This hack is really as simple as it sounds, but saves you effort. Instead of struggling to pin the curling parchment paper down with your thumb or gluing it down with bits of sticky honey, just crumple it up instead!

Once you’ve got your section of parchment from the roll, crumple it up before flattening it back out and placing it on your prepped pan.
It’s as simple as that! No annoying curl-ups, and we find that using this method lowers the chances of the parchment sticking to your baked goods…an entirely different hassle we’ve learned to overcome.
